It felt like a home away from home. We were treated like we were part of the family and our hosts couldn’t do enough to help us. As we were stranded without luggage they assisted by providing small personal items four our use plus transport to the shopping Centre. So kind and caring. On call as needed. The location was perfect -easy walk to lovely restaurants, cafe (bar) and supermarket. Also amazing Roman ruins 20 minutes walk away. Bus to beach and airport close by. A slice of the real Italy. Not touristy at all. We stayed here 2 nights due to flight home being reorganized but wished we’d had longer. Extremely clean and comfortable room with spacious shower and fast, soft hot water.

The service was AMAZING! We only stayed for the night to fly the next day they were so kind to drive us to have lunch, lots of communication. So clean, lovely house, some snacks, and fresh cold water. They helped us to book the taxi for the next morning too.

There is a shared fridge that you can use. The breakfast has both sweet and savory options, and fresh fruit, which is not always the case in Italy, in my experience. The hosts are what make it an exceptional place to stay. They made sure we had everything we needed, arranging transport to the airport, even ironing some clothes and making sandwiches for us for lunch. In short, everything was great, and we would return!

Helpful, accommodating and really nice hosts. The room was very clean and quiet with a great bed. We were tired after 5 weeks traveling in Italy and this was the first real queen bed we encounterd. We arrived a bit early for check-in, 11 a.m., but the host graciously let us in. 5 minute drive from metro station that will take you to Colliseum in less than 40 minutes (with 1 change). Room is fairly spacious and clean, with balcony and huge bathroom. Very safe and quiet location.
