Great place to stay before a cruise. The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable (this coming from someone who usually has pain when sleeping because of hip pain). It was an easy 10 minute walk along Via del Lazzaretto to the cruise shuttle at Largo della Pace. Caterina, the lady who met me at the guest house was such a lovely lady. She was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was just perfect! Simone is a very kind and helpful host, who makes your stay even better. The room was very clean, and close by the port and everything. I appreciate the fact that you have bins for recycling. The breakfast was simple and tasty, the homemade orange pie, made by Simone's mom, was just amazing. Thank you for all, Simone! For sure I will be back.

Owners Maira and her father Marco are very nice and helpful. The location is in front of the sea. Is a little house with garden. Room is very clean and on windows are installed nets anti mosquitoes so you can live windows open. The bathroom is big and confortable. Everything was perfect. The restaurant Grotta Aurelio close to the hotel is great. On web site is marked that they don't have breakfast facility but they have some cakes and coffee or tea so you can do a little breakfast too. Excellent small home with garden. Coffe, cakes and a can of beer was complementary.

Francesco have an amazing property, everything so clean and organized, the advices provided by Francesco were pretty helpful. The location is the best. Everything smell amazing.

I hesitated how realistic the rating of the accommodation was since it was so high but it's well deserved. Spotless clean, absolutely quiet and silent at night, very sweet and extremely flexible staff (I needed to do a late check in and late check out which they accommodated without any question since it was low season and they had availability). The place has a large garden with private parking which was a nice + The place looked fresher in life than on photos. Very strong internet connection which is super important for nomads like me. I could easily do all my business meetings with video on. And the puppy.. the cutest and friendliest puppy which made me feel like at home. Overall, great experience!

The property is located very close to the Civitavecchia cruise port and train station. It was a little difficult to find because it’s located on the 12th floor of the building but please do not be put off by that because the space is amazing. It’s bright, very clean , neatly decorated with many touches of Tiffany. There are very beautiful views of the city and ocean from the wrap around terrace. We arrived very early so there was a woman there named Olga who offered us snacks and coffee and let us relax while we waited for our rooms. The owner Georgiana arrived and she is a sweetheart she greeted us with baked treats and shared so much information with us about the city, she told us how to get to the restaurants and arranged for our transportation to the cruise port the following day. In the evening she had Prosecco and snacks waiting for us in a common area. The room was a decent size, clean and quiet also with a terrace. We felt safe and had a good night’s rest in a comfy bed before our cruise. Thank you Georgiana , Olga and Dione. Oh and the continental breakfast was delicious the croissants were top tier and it had a breakfast at Tiffany’s touch which was sweet!
