This place is so amazing! Great value for money. We took 2 rooms, which were connected with a cute little kitchen area. Each room had a door ofc. Not only the rooms are wonderful and cosy, but also Antonio (the owner) is very polite and friendly. We were greeted with a big smile and treats (fresh fruits/breakfast products and coffee). The design of this place is so beautiful! Everything was very clean and cosy, oww we even got the Netflix :P The location is cool too, it takes around 15-20 min to get to the city center by foot. Everything was perfect. I couldn't wish for a better hotel to stay in. The rooms are immaculately clean, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety. The location is near everything important in old Brescia. And the star of the show is Lidia, always happy to give (good) advice, recommend the best places to eat or to visit, but also the places that aren't. I really believe this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in

ALDI market is right next door -- you can purchase fresh croissants and all you need for an Italian breakfast a few steps away from your rooms (you have an entire wing of the apartment). The location is ONE block from the railroad we traveled on, and just across the street from ALL the bus lines, city and intercity --- but the window shutters keep the rooms QUIET. The host was eager to provide Everything we needed for a perfect visit to Brescia and the Lake Garda region --- he made the visit an unexpected delight.

We had to stay one night in transit, so location close to train station was excellent. (In attached pic view from window to train station). Beds and pillows were comfy, all clean and fresh renovated. Nice breakfast included. Old town approx in 1km (close).

Parking and check in were very easy. It is very affordable for north of Italy and it's close to the city center by car. Hosts were very professional and kind. There were fridge and the washing machine in the room. You get exactly what you see, and there's really nothing to complain about if you are aware of what's waiting for you. We had no negative experiences.

Very central. Host was very friendly and informative. The rooms were a bit quirky, but perfect for us. We loved the big kitchen and the view into the courtyard. Real Italy! Musical church elks added to the atmosphere.

I stayed in Villa Noce, which was very private. Clean room, warm enough. Nice quiet safe area, private houses with gardens around. Bistro La Nus next street was a good place to go for a meal. Also shopping mall in 15 min walk distance. Bus stop (bus no. 15) in few min walk.
