Perfect location for a getaway adventure in Kinsale. The room was beautifully designed, with a balcony overlooking their private garden. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Complimentary coffee and tea and wine glasses are available for guests in a small area outside the guest rooms. There is a beautiful sitting area downstairs and lovely nooks on the upper floor if you want to gather outside your room. There is also an outdoor gazebo area with tables and chairs. The location is perfect for exploring restaurants and shops- all within easy walking distance to the room. An all around delightful experience.

Kinsale is a beautiful town, just 10 minutes away from this lovely property. The property is situated in a tranquil area with a beautiful view of the river and nearby farms. We were travelling as a family with 2 kids (age 10 and 11 years) and the family suite fulfilled all our expectations. A delicious breakfast was served every morning by very friendly and accomodating staff. I can highly recommend this property when visting Kinsale.

Brilliant accomodation next to the center of the town. Little room but comfortable, clean, cosy, warm and nice. Breakfast in the Café was delicious (I recommened to have it there!) and the space lovely! All the staff was really so kind.

The location of Friar's Lodge is fantastic. It was very central. It was only a short walk to the town centre. The breakfasts were always substantial and well done. The free on site parking was very welcome.
