The host was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was incredibly cosy and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated, adding a modern touch to our experience. Notably, everything was impeccably tidy and clean, which contributed to our overall satisfaction during our two-night stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, ensuring that we started our days with a hearty meal. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have access to a car. Alternatively, there is a convenient bus stop located right in front of the house, or you can opt for a pleasant 30-minute walk to reach the city centre.

Hosts were amazing; warm, friendly, efficient and considerate. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The dining room was beautifully arranged and the cooked breakfast was a wonderful added bonus. A little far from town but we’ll worth it!

Room was clean and had good facilities kettle, hairdryer etc. The breakfast was first class and the property was in a great location near to the beach and restaurants / shops

Location - walking distance of town center, towan and Fistral beaches and probably other beaches we didn't get the chance to visit. Accommodation - clean and spacious rooms. Loveky outdoor area and living room space Breakfast - variety of hot and cold selections Hosts - great and fast communication all through and very friendly.

Excellent location. Good facilities. Cleanliness excellent and services (tea/coffee) in room replenished everyday. Dan the landlord is absolutely brilliant. Messaged to see what time we would arrive and was there to greet us and explain everything. Very friendly.

Loved how clean the place was. Loved how it had everything you can think of in the room down to plates with forks and knives. The owner was super nice.
