The room was spacious and clean. The landlord gave me the map of Varna, were I could spot interesting places at once. As a bonus feature the hotel is an old house from 1880's from the glorious days of Varna.

Best location where I stayed in Varna so far. Perfectly situated in the middle of oldest Varna neighborhood - Greek district. With all amenities close by. 24 hour corner shop is literally in the same building. All pubs and bars are 5 mins walk away. Beach is 5 mins walk. Sea garden is 2 min walk away. High street with all the fancy restaurants and street food shops is 2 min walk away. Room itself is a modernly renovated large size hotel like room, within traditional Bulgarian two stories house with four rooms at each floor and shared bathroom at each floor.

The property has all the advertised facilities, plus a wonderful host. Everything was spotless clean and perfect for self catering: the kitchen is well equipped, with a big refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, dishes and cleaning products. We also used the barbecue from outside several times. In the evenings it was very nice and quiet, as only crickets could be heard outside. The guests feel cosy and safe: you can park the car inside the property, behind an electric gate with remote control, and in the courtyard there are surveillance cameras. The Internet was also very good.

Szép tiszta szoba volt, karbantartott, modern szép kis szoba fogadott. Jó volt az alapfelszereltsége: légkondi, wifi, tv, hütőgép és víz főző. Jók a közeli strandok is, kissé külvárosi elhelyzkedés, ami a forgalom miatt előnyösebb is volt a nyaralásunkhoz.

Everything was as we expected. I loved watching the waves from my bed, even saw two dolphins. The terrace is a big plus. In our first day there, it was cold, windy and rainy, but the heater worked perfectly. Plamen is a wonderful host, very helpful and gentle, he provided us with useful information on the restaurants, on the parking system in Varna and on everything else we asked about. It is a bit far from the city, but not disturbingly far, in a very beautiful zone; there is an observation point on the top of the hill and from there you ca see the bridge and all the bay and the city, it was simply charming. I will be happy to stay there again.
