Spacious rooms, cleaned daily, the hosts are very friendly and helpful without being annoying. Aircon works properly, no insects present (arachnophobia friendly place :) ), always hot water in the bathroom. Secure, location is perfect, walking distance from the beach and city center as well as X challenge skatepark, always easy to find a free parking spot in the street. Nothing more to ask, I would gladly go back.
