The hotel was surpricingly good. Clean, welcoming stuff, outgoing. The location is great. Close to everything in the city. For this price didnt saw better. Thumbs up!

Really nice outdoor space and great location, 5 minutes from the beach. It can get hot in the room, but the AC was working perfectly. The owners are friendly and really helpful, and they would clean the common areas every day.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Both of our rooms had beautiful views of the city and sea. There was a common area in the garden where you could sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. The host was extremely kind and helpful. One of our group members lost a bag on the bus and he helped us recover it by calling the appropriate authorities as we could not speak Bulgarian. We were also allowed to leave our bags on the property for a few hours after check-out so we could continue exploring the city. I highly recommend Guest House Briz.

Wonderful hosts! The place is very clean and well equipped. Great breakfast. Close to everything (Old Town and beaches are few minutes walk). I warmly recommend this guest house. I will come back! :-)

Excellent! A very good place for an affordable price! The rooms are comfortable, with a balcony, cleaned every day, the owners are very committed and helpful (I tell you: the owner has a very nice surprise for you at the beginning of your stay!). You will be able to use a common kitchen with a microwave, dishes and cutleries. The nearest beach is just some 5-10 minutes away on foot. The center of Nessebar can be reached within some 25 minutes on foot. The area is very pleasant, silent and romantic. We will definitely come back here!

Quite place. (exept the seagulls outside. But what can you do:D). Room bathroom in very good condition. Just Clean. Everything was working:tv, Air conditioning and Water was warm.
