Emil and Maria are amazing hosts. They have their hands on every detail for your stay. The house is extremely clean, well organized, you have everything you need and if you don’t, they are available for you. Their house is designed for relaxation and convenience. We cooked at home multiple times and had everything we needed. The terrace is amazing. Emil even started a wood fire for us. They provide a separate mini fridge for each room in their home and each room has its own private bathroom. Truly, I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Devin.

Beautiful view. Nice rooms. Probably for elder people (75-80+) will be not so suitable, because if you don't use car to go to Devin center (it is on 10 minutes walk), there are steep stairs, when you go back to house.

The communication with the owner of the place is excellent. She tried very hard for us to be satisfied with the place. Her lovely dad helped us find a local supermarket and showed us the parking location. From the outside, the building is very modest, but the apartment is very spacious, well-kept and invested, it contains several rooms and can accommodate several guests. The apartment has a kitchen and a large dining area. Close to the apartment is a recommended restaurant where you can ask them to bake a trout fish on the grill wrapped in aluminum foil.

Egor the host, doesn't speak English and had to call a friend to help us communicate this booking problem. The views of Devin and the surrounding mountains from the restaurant terrace are simply stunning. It's a short hike from the city center. However, since it's most likely that you will come by car, that shouldn't be a problem. Would also recommend the restaurant for the great food and viewes.
