the apartment was exceptional, and the owner Theresa was so helpful. We arrived a bit late for check in and she prepared everything for self-check in. Also, they have their farm product which was fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back again.

This cozy apartment exudes rustic charm and and offers beautiful views. Anita our host was incredibly helpful and welcoming making our stay delightful. Both the Kaprun and Zell am See ski resorts are less than half an hour's drive away, which we found very convenient.

On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered to the apartments, and guests of the Forsthof Pension also can enjoy products of the own farm as well as the water of the private water spring. A restaurant is 500 metres away and a supermarket is 2 km from the property.

Convenient location and nice environment. Good breakfast, very helpful hostess Petra. Lots of fun games for kids. We will definitely be happy to return to this place.

Outside, there is a seating area in the garden and a playground for children, including a mud kitchen.
