I felt they were very approachable at all times and that I could ask them about anything. Any enquiries I had were answered very effectively. Huge credit to the catering team at the Olive Branch too - they always put on a fantastic buffet spread. Room service was marvellous as well - I very much appreciated the replenishment of water and tea, as that made me feel at home!
