Where do I even begin to summarize the most magical stay at de View? Dom and Hans were the perfect hosts - so friendly and helpful and we enjoyed getting to know them during our stay! They were so very helpful with recommendations of activities in and around knysna as well as places to dine for the evening. The place was immaculate - they have thought of every detail. From catered breakfasts on the patio in the morning with the most amazing view, to thoughtful touches in our room (champagne for our honeymoon!) Dom and Hans went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. Do not miss staying here when you are in knysna - a short drive to all the best places in town - most importantly - amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in a place surrounded with so much beauty, thoughtfulness and love. We loved de View!

Strode House asub kõrgel mäeahelikul ning pakub suurepäraseid vaateid Knysna laguunile, kuulsatele Knysna tippudele, metsadele ja Outiniqua mäeahelikule. Kohapeal on privaatne mullivanniga bassein. An oasis in the City. Clean, huge, open spaces. The jacuzzi was a nice extra. Only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! Quiet, incredible views, yet just a very short drive to the City & waterfront. Excellent WiFi. My husband loved the pool table. It’s a place that we will definitely return to once we’ve moved to South Africa one day. It has a feeling of Zen from the minute you walk in the front door.

The view is absolutely incredible,you get to see the town and the lagoon,very clean and neat place,everything was great,special the breakfast on the terrace,the hospitality and friendly welcome from the hosts Johan and his wife was a bonus.we highly recommend

Parkes Manor on klassikaline ajalooline maja, mis asub Knysna rannapiirkonnast 2 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on välibassein ning hubane lounge ja baar. This hotel is located in an old mansion, and it felt like we were staying in a piece of living history. The period details were stunning! We stayed in one of the Suites with a Lagoon View and I can’t recommend it enough. Our room was on the second floor with a huge wraparound balcony (connecting to all the other rooms on the floor but with a small fence separating each) and a gorgeous view of the Knysna waterfront. In addition to a spacious room with a view, the bathroom was also amazing. The rain shower was by far the best of the trip, and I wish we’d had a chance to have a bath in the clawfoot tub. We loved wandering around the hotel and grounds, just taking everything in. At night, there is a little bar in a room off the hotel’s foyer and it was so cool to enjoy a drink while looking at old black-and-white photos of the family who used to live in the house. I also really enjoyed our breakfast, which is served in another gorgeous room with carved ceilings and an old fireplace, and which includes both a cold buffet and a made-to-order hot meal.

Double Dutch pakub majutust ja hommikusööki Knysnas ning vaateid Knysna laguunile. Suure aiaga ümbritsetud majutusasutusel on välibassein. Owners were amazing, very hospitable. Pool views and breakfast were great, as was the location.

Even better the hosts are wonderful, like family. Food all freshly prepared. Rooms are stylish and spacious. Secure off road parking. Could not have been better if they tried
