This guesthouse is located in Fresnaye beneath the Lion’s Head Mountain and just 200 metres from Sea Point promenade. It offers modern accommodation in relaxing surroundings. we had an amazing time at Sundown Manor. Kim and the property owner really made us feel welcome to the point that we kept on extending our stay!! the property is beautiful, with all comfort you need. breakfast is delicious with many options from sweet to savory. the view of Lion’s head in the back is stunning. the property is completely safe as the neighborhood. strongly recommend Sundown Guest House! thanks a lot for making our stay so wonderful!!

Situated on the slopes of Signal Hill, the family-run Maartens Guesthouse is set in Fresnaye, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It features an outdoor pool and elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. Super hospitable and helpful host and staff. Breakfast was good. The place is clean and well located. We definitely recommend staying here.

Nestled in the picturesque, sea-facing suburb of Fresnaye, Maison Fontainbleau Guest House offers a tranquil oasis with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Signal Hill. it was close to everything but just out of the way of the hub. beautiful patio to sit on in the morning in the sunshine and look at the sea. Host was so lovely, Friendly and welcoming. had a lovely stay.

Everything was fantastic. Liesl was more than an angel. She assisted me in so many ways and really went out of her way. She is the perfect definition of excellent customer service. Super friendly staff, great breakfast, great family room - two separate rooms with very big bathroom( no. 25 ) with direct exit to the garden, there are 2 pools. Beautiful modern paintings, nice furniture. Highly recommended.
