Location was perfect, just 5 minutes away from the old city. 3 bed dormitory was comfy and decently clean. The staff was really nice and professionnal, and also really helpful. I could easily book the bus to my next destination and also interesting tours with them. A big thank you to Wendy for her help ! The hostel gives a choice of really nice tours. I recommend participating in the free walking tour, which is a good way of discovering the old city with interesting information. I also did the cooking tour and it was great, good value for the price and also an opportunity to do a little tour on the coconut boats without paying too much for it.

Family Hotel es un alojamiento muy bien situado en el centro de Hoi An que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado, bicicletas gratis, wifi gratis y jardín. Mr Ha fue de mucha ayuda para todo lo que necesitamos. El transfer del aeropuerto era más barato que un grab y organizo los tours con solo un mensaje. El y su familia fueron muy serviciales y amables todo el tiempo. Altamente recomendado!

Fantastic Guesthouse in a great location, only a 10-15 minute walk to the Old City. It's down a small side street which meant it was away from the noise of traffic. Room was a good size, clean and the shower was consistently hot. The owner Hien was so lovely! Made us feel very welcome, recommended sights and trips, served an amazing breakfast and free bicycle rental (which were in excellent condition). We had a 6 p.m. bus booked after checking out, she stored our bags and even offered to let us use the shower if we needed it at any point. Good value for money. Highly recommended!

My fiancé and I loved our time at Hoianese Heritage Hotel in Hoi An. Min and Helen were among the best hosts we have ever had, so sweet, friendly, and helpful with recommendations of what to do in Hoi An. We arrived early in the morning after a journey with the night sleeping bus and went straight away for a cooking class, and when we came back they prepared our room and cooled it down which was perfect. There is free water, coffee and tea for all the guests, and a very delicious breakfast available at the location. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was great - close to the night market but quiet and away from the crowded areas.The staff also helped us with the bus for our next location at a good price. We would certainly recommend this hotel, as it is great value for money.

El Hoa My II ofrece piscina interior, restaurante y habitaciones con WiFi gratuita. Hotel is very close to the old city.Staff are very friendly. They book the tours and transportion .Room is spacious. There are alternative breakfast menus. We did not have the time for the breakfast before the tour pick up time and the staff rushed with the motorbike to have banh mi and handed it over to us, stoping the tour bus had already droven away.I was really surprised.

Everything was fabulous. Place is nice clean and quiet. Suitable for family with kids or couple to stay relax and enjoy Hoi An. Breakfast is nice especially homemade yogurt.
