Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. We only stay for a night, but it was a great experience. The hotel is clean and spacious!

Situated in the centre of Hanoi, 200 metres from Hanoi Old City Gate, Hanoi Traveller House provides air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. My niece and I had the best experience in Hanoi Traveller House. We like the location, it's very central and easy access to everything. The hotel is very clean and the staff are really nice and very helpful giving us tips how to navigate the city. They helped me to book my tours and allowed us to leave our luggages eventhough we already checked out. Because we liked our 2 night- stay when we arrived in Hanoi, we cancelled our booking from another hotel and spent our last 2 nights in Hanoi in this hotel. Tami,the hotel manager along with the other staff are very accomodating and willing to help with everything to make our vacation in Vietnam more enjoyable. They also offered us a taxi ride from and to airport for a reasonable price. Oh, and also the breakfast was really good. We felt so at home! I would stay here again if ever I come back to Hanoi and I would reccomend this hotel.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Hanoi, Salute Premium Hotel & Spa features 4-star accommodation close to Hanoi Old City Gate and St. Joseph Cathedral. Location is within Old quarter but still quiet at night. staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room is very clean. Insulation could be improved as I noticed moisture can get in windows. but overall perfect! Property is very cute and clean! Edit: We checked out early in the morning and the staff were ready to assist us even in the wee hours of the morning :) they even gave us breakfast to go which we found very thoughtful and sweet of them. Made our first visit to Vietnam a memorable one. We really hope to come back again! keep up the Excellent service!

Featuring a shared lounge, a terrace as well as a restaurant, La Renta Hotel & Spa is located in the centre of Hanoi, 200 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. Lucy and Tony took great care of us during our stay - Tony even walked to our bus drop off point to collect us upon arrival to make sure we didn't get lost. La Renta's other highly rated reviews are accurate - the rooms are tiny but very clean and well arranged. Showers are hot, beds are comfy, the free breakfasts are fantastic. The staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I would recommend this place to stay!

Amanda, the customer manager was so helpful and took care of us really well. she arranged the pickups and our tours as well which was amazing.

Excellent service. Very friendly. Very hospitable. When the shared van I ordered via the hotel was 1 hour late they gave me a free breakfast buffet. They gave me various other things, for example a drink at the rooftop bar, for free. The food in the restaurant is very good (though a bit too expensive), the presentation is excellent. The rooftop pool on top is pretty but small. The view from up there is nice, but there are certainly better views out there. The location is really convenient.
