Situé dans le centre de Hanoï, à 200 mètres de la porte de la vieille ville, le Hanoi Traveller House propose des chambres climatisées et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. My niece and I had the best experience in Hanoi Traveller House. We like the location, it's very central and easy access to everything. The hotel is very clean and the staff are really nice and very helpful giving us tips how to navigate the city. They helped me to book my tours and allowed us to leave our luggages eventhough we already checked out. Because we liked our 2 night- stay when we arrived in Hanoi, we cancelled our booking from another hotel and spent our last 2 nights in Hanoi in this hotel. Tami,the hotel manager along with the other staff are very accomodating and willing to help with everything to make our vacation in Vietnam more enjoyable. They also offered us a taxi ride from and to airport for a reasonable price. Oh, and also the breakfast was really good. We felt so at home! I would stay here again if ever I come back to Hanoi and I would reccomend this hotel.

Location is within Old quarter but still quiet at night. staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room is very clean. Insulation could be improved as I noticed moisture can get in windows. but overall perfect! Property is very cute and clean! Edit: We checked out early in the morning and the staff were ready to assist us even in the wee hours of the morning :) they even gave us breakfast to go which we found very thoughtful and sweet of them. Made our first visit to Vietnam a memorable one. We really hope to come back again! keep up the Excellent service!

Doté d'un salon commun, d'une terrasse et d'un restaurant, l'établissement La Renta Hotel & Spa est situé dans le centre de Hanoï, à 200 mètres du théâtre de marionnettes sur l'eau de Thang Long. Lucy and Tony took great care of us during our stay - Tony even walked to our bus drop off point to collect us upon arrival to make sure we didn't get lost. La Renta's other highly rated reviews are accurate - the rooms are tiny but very clean and well arranged. Showers are hot, beds are comfy, the free breakfasts are fantastic. The staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I would recommend this place to stay!

Situé à Hanoï, le Meritel Hanoi propose une piscine extérieure, une salle de sport, une terrasse et un bar. Excellent service. Very friendly. Very hospitable. When the shared van I ordered via the hotel was 1 hour late they gave me a free breakfast buffet. They gave me various other things, for example a drink at the rooftop bar, for free. The food in the restaurant is very good (though a bit too expensive), the presentation is excellent. The rooftop pool on top is pretty but small. The view from up there is nice, but there are certainly better views out there. The location is really convenient.
