The service from the staff exceeded my expectation. Annie was proactive by reaching out to me prior to confirm my arrival time. She and the other receptionist conversed well in English. The room was clean and spacious. They were very polite and provided good customer service. It was a value for money experience.

Thanks Kelly – the manager on reception was wonderful and helpful, she offered me very good breakfast in its sister hotel where I like to walk 5min every morning. The young man on reception is always available and taking care of all my needs.

Staff were very friendly on arrival and gave us a map, pointing out all the key locations. The room was very pleasant and had a comfortable bed.

Attractively located in Hanoi, The Cosy Inn Hanoi offers 3-star accommodation close to Hanoi Old City Gate and Hoan Kiem Lake. Cosy inn was a great place to stay in Hanoi for first-time Vietnam travelers. We were greeted on the street by the receptionist who was able to get us an airport shuttle and then showed us the way to the hotel. It is right on beer street, so there is easy access to the nightlife and hoan kiem area. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The rooms are very upscale looking and have a great A/C system and rainfall shower.
