We arrived to deposit our bags before go to Sapa and they remembered our trip itinerary and prepared snacks and water for us to bring onto the train, very thoughtful indeed! Everyone in the hotel are very welcoming and they try to help us in every way. The room is big and location very convenient. We felt safe staying in the hotel!

Centrally located in Hanoi, Midori Boutique Hotel offers peaceful and modern rooms with free local calls and free WiFi in rooms. Elegantly furnished rooms feature centralised air conditioning. From start to finish the service from everyone at the Midori was superb. They booked a trip for us, made sure we arrived and departed safely, with a very late check-out time, and finally the staff treated us like family. The food was five-star and the attention from the wait staff was second to none. I have travelled all over the world and have never had a better experience at a hotel. This is the place you want to be if you travel to Hanoi.

I was surprised with everything at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a big smile and ready to help you when needed. Room is clean. Everything is carefully prepared, there is nothing to complain about when staying at this hotel. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and encourage everyone to book a room here.

Located in Hanoi, 3.1 km from Ha Noi Railway station, Hanvet Hotel Ha Noi features views of the city. The location is out of the Old Quarter, which you may or may not like. Personally, I found the old quarter to be hectic, loud, and above all overpriced. Hanvet hotel is a $2 cab ride into old quarter, near a great park for strolls, and the nearby food is local delicious, and reasonably priced. Your hotel is serviced daily or every other day, depending on your wishes. The staff is minimal, but attentive. To preface, this is more a hotel for families visiting patients of the hospital nearby, or their children who may be students of the university nearby. That being said, they were very accomodating to us as tourists and made every effort to make us comfortable. While there is a language barrier, google translate easily circumvents any problems. Above all, it was quiet at night and allowed us to get great rest, away from the nonstop hustle and bustle of old quarter. If you don't mind a 10 minute cab ride, or enjoy walking around local neighbourhoods, this hotel is amazing for the price. Also, this hotel is quite new, and so the internet is incredibly fast!
