From start to finish the service from everyone at the Midori was superb. They booked a trip for us, made sure we arrived and departed safely, with a very late check-out time, and finally the staff treated us like family. The food was five-star and the attention from the wait staff was second to none. I have travelled all over the world and have never had a better experience at a hotel. This is the place you want to be if you travel to Hanoi.

Very spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. We love this area of the city -- it's interesting, lively, and close to everything, but not too cramped, noisy, or full of tourists. The hotel's breakfast was varied and substantial, and above all, the family that runs the place is so very kind and accommodating. Can't wait to return.

Bathroom: The bathrooms at the Adonis Hotel are a fusion of elegance and practicality. They are spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The powerful shower is a refreshing treat, especially after a day of sightseeing. Luxurious toiletries and plush towels contribute to a sense of indulgence and comfort. Not only did the staff find it, but they also went out of their way to ensure it was safely returned to me.
