More eating and entertainment options are available in this location. The room was clean, and the bathtub provided us with a relaxing experience. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff member Ly assisted me with refunding money after I transferred it 10 times by mistake.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Five Residences Hanoi. We had a beautiful spacious studio/apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting-room. The people at the check-in desk are nice, friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed the extensive breakfast, very tasty and fresh, and very good service. The indoor pool is perfect. We hope to come back next time.

It was very cool outside so Mr Binh Ng brought a heater immediately! The location is perfect. Close to delicious street food, all the sites yet the room is very quiet!! Binh arranged for a car from the airport and a Ha Long Bay Tour! Better deal than arranging on your own!! The small kitchenette worked perfectly and the washing machine on the deck which are a great additions to the apartment ! Highly recommend Bing’s apartment!!!

Thien Thai Hotel & Spa asub Hanoi vanalinna loodeosas, Dong Xuani turust vaid 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kohapeal on 3 söögikohta ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Great location to the old quarter, with a lot less of the traffic (though still busy). Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was amazing.
