Pin khi was delightful and hard working. The room and shower was great. The view from the harbour is beautiful. You can hire electric bikes and the location for the ferry and cruises was perfect. The place looks new and well cared for. We had to go to the village to find a pharmacy and Pinkhi offered free use of the bikes. She was so kind and helpful. Did not speak very good English but used Google translate to communicate so she helped with everything we needed. A memorable experience in Halong Bay.

Staffs are so friendly, speaking great English and accommodating exactly what travelers are looking for. we'll be surely coming back & reuse Mila Cruises and tell our friends to experience this once they come to Halong Bay
