They even gave us an upgraded room without any extra charge when we checked in. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries. Also, they have a doorman who always made us feel welcome. He even gave us water on several occasions without us asking for it. The location is great, too. Just a couple hundred meters away from a beautiful beach. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but still not too far away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
