Canise and Omar welcomed me at the front desk when I arrived. The room was fantastic, very comfortable. We had a winter storm and I was given extra blankets, a heater, a kettle to make tea and a lovely mug. Nice warm dressing gown and a lovely note to welcome me. Snacks and water in the room. Great restaurant and John the bar man. I was always given advice about where to go and how to get there, the staff were wonderful.

Great atmosphere, rooms are big and the bed is super comfortable. The staff at the hotel were amazing and always eager to help out. Location is fantastic

The restaurant Cut by Wolfgang Puck is exceptional in every way.

City Hall Park is within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Centrally located at 85 West Broadway on the corner of Chambers Street, Smyth is nestled in the heart of Tribeca. Location, friendly staff, clean and nice room

Great location near Soho, comfortable and spacious room with amazing views: was like seeing a live painting in time which changed with the weather.

Located in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan, this hotel is just steps from the Canal Street Subway Station and offers free Wi-Fi in every room. I could not adjust the Air conditioning and i was able to heard everything from outside

Perfect location for a city trip to NYC, the staff was very helpful especially when our air-conditioning was broken they even tried late at night to fix it.
