We would like to thank the concierge Abby (Abrahm Valdez) very much, he gave us great tips and gave us very good advice. Many thanks also to Mr. Oniell from the reception, who compensated us for a mistake made by housekeeping. We can recommend the Hatd Rock Hotel as a family.

The Times Square EDITION introduces the next generation of modern luxury. everything... staff assistance and support, and the room... wow !! could not get a better New York Experiance than here.. We got a corner room on top floor, 39th - highly recommened !!! the room killed it :) cleaningness, equipment, minibar, facilities, electronics, and the general luxury.. and of course the window view..

Sanctuary Hotel New York is a boutique hotel located 140 meters from Times Square and within 322 meters of Radio City Music Hall. It offers free WiFi throughout the building. Location, modern style and above everything: THE STAFF. From the moment we came in, they greeted and welcomed us, offered us help with luggage and they were amicable during the check in, offered us coffee and water, showed us our way to the elevator, gave us directions, there so friendly and awesome! The shower was also amazing!

The Staff throughout the building are amazing... Specifically Teodoro, Cesar, and Shawn.... They make you feel at home and like you are part of a family, there. The location of the hotel is perfect for what we needed. We had never been to NYC before, so being so close to Broadway and Time Square was Ideal

The Renaissance New York Times Square is located in Theatre District and features 312 soundproofed guests rooms spread over 26 floors. It has 7 terrace guest rooms and 5 suites. Very nice facility and crew very friendly

Offering a restaurant, 3 West Club is located in Midtown New York. Each room here offers seasonal air-conditioning, free WiFi, a coffee maker, cable TV, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Best NYC location. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing like other NYC hotels.
