Location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, Beautiful hotel, concierge was exceptional, coffee shop in lobby was great, restaurant staff friendly but selection of food could have been better was expensive.

Sanctuary Hotel New York is a boutique hotel located 459 feet from Times Square and within 1056 feet of Radio City Music Hall. It offers free WiFi throughout the building. I was so impressed with Sanctuary! Excellent customer service from everyone, including the doormen who greeted us everyday. We had jet lag and the staff were really accommodating when we asked if we could order McDonald's on Uber Eats at 3.30am. It's an ideal location around the corner from time square and it was surprisingly quiet. Our room was serviced daily, quite dark (helpful for jetlag) and included a great continental breakfast plus tea, coffee and water available in the lobby all the time (again helpful for jetlag). It definitely surpassed my expectations for New York accommodation and I will definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to NYC.

The Renaissance New York Times Square is located in Theater District and features 312 soundproofed guests rooms spread over 26 floors. It has 7 terrace guest rooms and 5 suites. The location was espectacular, right in the middle of the action but without the noise of Times Square. The view from the bar, outstanding.

Offering a restaurant, 3 West Club is located in Midtown New York. Each room here offers seasonal air-conditioning, free WiFi, a coffee maker, cable TV, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Great location, very kind staff. We had a very nice room in 8th floor with a view to the St. Patrick cathedral. Possibility to leave the luggage before check-in/after check-out.
