Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! I had to move my travel dates due to some issue and the hotel management agree and they even give special room price due to my extend vacation. Kudos to the all the staff especially Mr. Hafiz for the best service. Moreover the location is near to lots of stores and reataurant. If you come to new york, i totally recomended this hotel.

Miellyttävä sisustus, mukava sänky, hyvä jääkaappi, toimiva, siisti kylpyhuone, hyvä suihku ja hyvälle tuoksuvat pesuaineet. Kaikki kuten kuvissa. Kiva näköala yllätti. Vesi / kahviautomaatti sisääntulossa oli hyvä. Siisti kuntosali, pienehkö, hyvin toimiva. Metroasema vieressä ja kävellen pääsi helposti niin shoppailemaan kuin syömään. Aamiainen sisältyi hintaan.
