David at reception could tell we just arrive from an all night flight, and found us a room in our chosen category well earlier than our check in time of 3pm. Now don't count on this all time as I imagine it was due to availability, however these days most staff won't go thru the bother to help like that, so thanks a lot David! the bar staff was equally great with yummy cocktails and the room was perfect.
