Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago is goed gelegen in het centrum van Chicago, en is voorzien van een fitnesscentrum en gratis WiFi. The apartment was fantastic. It's conveniently located almost next to a metro stop on the red line, making it easy to get anywhere. While it's not in the Loop, you can reach it in just 10 minutes by metro. Additionally, the Magnificent Mile is only about three blocks away. There's a Whole Foods right across the street, and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood for dinner options. Despite being centrally located, I didn't notice any noise during my stay. This could be attributed to the fact that I was on the 20th floor of the building, where street noise is minimal. The place itself was incredibly spacious and clean. Everything operated smoothly with Kasa, from getting the keys to entering the room. The apartment is well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, ironing facilities, laundry machine, and dishwasher, all of which functioned perfectly.

Ordered In-room dining for dinner and it was so good. Location of hotel is excellent. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was nice and a great sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great place to relax and unwind after a long trip or day.

This 4-star boutique hotel is located in the heart of downtown Chicago's River North neighborhood. The eco-friendly hotel offers an indoor pool and sundeck. Geen aparte ontbijtzaal maar een cafe/bar/restaurant. Kwaliteit voedsel was goed. Personeel aardig.
