Featuring stunning views from every area of the hotel, this landmark building of stainless steel and tinted glass stands 92-stories above the Loop and North Michigan Avenue along the Chicago River. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was clean and wonderful. Very comfortable environment

It's conveniently located almost next to a metro stop on the red line, making it easy to get anywhere. While it's not in the Loop, you can reach it in just 10 minutes by metro. Additionally, the Magnificent Mile is only about three blocks away. There's a Whole Foods right across the street, and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood for dinner options. Despite being centrally located, I didn't notice any noise during my stay. This could be attributed to the fact that I was on the 20th floor of the building, where street noise is minimal. The place itself was incredibly spacious and clean. Everything operated smoothly with Kasa, from getting the keys to entering the room. The apartment is well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, ironing facilities, laundry machine, and dishwasher, all of which functioned perfectly.

Hotel Chicago yang bertaraf 5 bintang ini terletak di dalam kawasan Maginificient Mile, berhampiran Museum of Contemporary Art. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Ordered In-room dining for dinner and it was so good. Location of hotel is excellent. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was nice and a great sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great place to relax and unwind after a long trip or day.

The location and the hotel was very good. When we checked in we requested a high rise with a good view. They managed to give us a good view on the 10th floor which was good enough for us.
