Hotel blew me away - the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and truly seemed to love working there, and wanted to go out of their way to make our stay special. The rooms were huge, the beds very comfortable. Coffee machine in the room, modern bathrooms, free waters, lobby coffee on tap, breakfast bagels and waffles were great and the kids loved the swimming pool. Location was a 5-10min walk to Newbury Str, but only 1minute to Fenway Park.

Canopy By Hilton Boston Downtown has free bikes, fitness centre, a shared lounge and bar in Boston. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and an ATM. The hotel was stylish, everything seemed&felt brand new, very clean! It is located in a very comfortable location, easy access to restaurants, sights&shopping and nightlife. Super experience and would stay again!

The Newbury Boston features free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and bar in Boston. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Wow, the staff at this hotel are just amazing. From the concierge, reception, cleaning as well as the bar staff in the bar downstairs, the service is impeccable and nothing is too much. We stayed for Boston Marathon and you couldn't have had a better location!! Even better, the hotel put on an amazing runners breakfast including bagels, porridge and gu gels! Then after the marathon they put on a finishers party which included lots of great food and drinks. The bar downstairs is great, but the restaurant at the top is bad. The staff are rude and the food is poor, but this restaurant is not run by the same owners as the hotel.

Boasting a bar, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is set in the centre of Boston, 400 metres from Hynes Convention Center. Great attention to detail, beautifully furnished and very friendly staff! Also liked the environment focus.

A truly wonderful stay in what's clearly a very well run hotel.

This Boston property is one mile from Boston Commons and 4 miles from Fenway Park. The property offers a gym and suites with a kitchenette. johanna was the great staff manager. she dealt with her staff and customer with professionalism and care. she was lovely.

This historic, newly renovated 5-star hotel in downtown Boston was originally the Federal Reserve Bank. It overlooks Norman B. The attention to detail is apparent as soon as you enter the property . Friendly staff greet you before seeing your rooms for the first time . Our loft suite on the second floor was beautifully furnished and decorated . So comfortable - almost made leaving it a chore . Having the second half bathroom a huge asset . The Langham club on the eighth floor was again , so comfortable and welcoming with the help of the excellent staff . Sad to check out at the end of our stay . Anxious to return .
