The staff is always with a smile ready to help. Really nice building and rooms. There is complimentary coffee, tea and fruit in the morning at the lobby. Exelent location.

Wow, the staff at this hotel are just amazing. From the concierge, reception, cleaning as well as the bar staff in the bar downstairs, the service is impeccable and nothing is too much. We stayed for Boston Marathon and you couldn't have had a better location!! Even better, the hotel put on an amazing runners breakfast including bagels, porridge and gu gels! Then after the marathon they put on a finishers party which included lots of great food and drinks. The bar downstairs is great, but the restaurant at the top is bad. The staff are rude and the food is poor, but this restaurant is not run by the same owners as the hotel.

The beds were fabulous. The rooms were really clean and housekeeping came early in the day which meant that when we returned we were able to relax. The reception staff were lovely, the bartender remembered our drinks and the doorman was wonderful.
