Location was fantastic. Lots of great restaurants and bars to visit near the location. Rooms were very well designed with beautiful artwork all throughout. Prices for the most part were very reasonable based on the quality of the property and the product. 7th floor bar/restaurant area seemed to be a fairly happening location for locals as well as for visitors.

Situated in Austin, 500 metres from Shoal Beach, Austin Proper Hotel, a Member of Design Hotels features accommodation with free bikes, private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The atmosphere and staff were excellent, great bars, great vibe attracting interesting people. Well done!

Location! Location! Location! We walked almost everywhere and took short uber rides at other times. Clean, friendly, and not too uptight! The staff was super cool. The rooms were comfie. We were a little worried about the "shared bathroom" situation but the bathrooms were clean and private. It was just me and my man and we were there to party and take in that awesome Austin culture! A rad time was had by all. Would totally recommend this spot.
