I would like to call out the exceptional patience and friendly gentlemen at the executive lounge. He goes out of his way to make sure that his guests enjoy their time spent at the lounge. His patience with those with young family members is also commendable! Thank you and will definitely be staying at this hotel when I return to Taipei.

Just 5 minutes' walk from Songjang Nanjing MRT Station, Evergreen Laurel Hotel features rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV. The hotel is a delight for the eyes from the sidewalk already, even before entering. Golden colors, glass, carpet, lightning and perfume! Beautiful entrance hall as well. The doorman is ready to help, the kind of employee who can anticipate. Very polite and friendly people at the reception desk too. Classy elevator. And finally the room: above expectation. Larger than I expected (No, this was not an upgrade). Clever equipments. Excellent beds. No sound from outside nor from the hotel itself. Bathroom classy too. Excellent bathtub and shower. It was a pleasure to come home after much walking in the city. We took the underground from station Songjiang-Nanjing, 4 to 5 min walk to the north. We could then reach a large number of sites in just a few stops. Perfect solution.

Parkview Taipei features a fitness centre, garden, a restaurant and bar in Taipei. Incredibly clean! Like, vey very very clean. I own a rental property so I know what to look for, and they do a great job. Really comfy pillows too. The bed is more firm than we might be used to in North America, but honestly, I had some of the best sleeps on it so don’t be discouraged if you are concerned about that. Great location too.

I have to start with an unfortunate event that turned out to be very fortunate for us: we stayed in this hotel at the time of the 7.4 earthquake in early April. The event itself was absolutely scary, but looking back we were very thankful to stay at this place instead of anywhere else. The building was all moving and shaking, but there was no damage at all thanks to the construction of the building. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The building is beautiful, including the interior and the room! We absolutely loved the white colours in the room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything, with a nice walk in closet, an office corner and a huge bathroom (we loved the Japanese style toilet :) ). The location is great, there are two shopping malls in a walking distance, with some nice restaurants.

Located in Taipei, 500 metres from Xingtian Temple, Hub Hotel - Songshan Airport Branch features air-conditioned rooms and a fitness centre. We mainly like the staff, they are very nice and accomodating. Keep it up guys!
