The location of the hotel is amazing, close to the river, the heart of the town and very easy MRT access. The breakfast buffet was good with an important choice. We enjoyed watching the fireworks a lot during New Year's Eve. Everything was very clean. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and goes the extra mile for you, especially the receptionist was outstandingly willing to help us with our needs. They speak very good English.

Q21 Hotel is situated a 3-minute walk from the famous Love River and within a 10-minute drive of shopping malls. It offers complimentary Wi-Fi access and houses a restaurant serving a breakfast... Everything was great. Very clean room and bathroom inside. We had a lot of space inside the room, no tripping over our luggage. Shops and small restaurants step away from the hotel's entrance door. The personnel was very polite and helpful. Given a chance, I'll come back for sure.
