Situato in una posizione ideale nel centro di Istanbul, il Gleam Collection Hotel offre camere climatizzate con connessione WiFi gratuita, un parcheggio privato incluso nella tariffa e il servizio in... Ho soggiornato con un amico in questo hotel per 5 notti dal 30 dicembre 2023 al 4 gennaio 2024. Hotel molto bello e moderno, camere confortevoli e letti comodi, tutto lo staff è gentilissimo e cordiale, dal personale di reception, al personale della sala colazioni e quello di servizio per le pulizie delle camere. Incluso nel prezzo avevamo accesso alla SPA ed anche se non l'abbiamo utilizzata, abbiamo fatto un sopralluogo ed è molto bella. La colazione è buona ed abbontante, il personale è a disposizione per cucinare eventuali cose al momento non presenti (un giorni volevo delle uova strapazzate che erano finite e le hanno fatte espresse per me). Posizione molto comoda perchè a pochi passi da diverse fermate di autobus ed in particolare alla fermata della metropolitana Osmanbey. Un particolare ringraziamento a Bariş per la sua elevata professionalità che nel giorno del nostro arrivo ci ha accompagnati in stanza descrivendoci con tutti i dettagli le dotazioni ed i servizi presenti in stanza. Un grazie di cuore anche a Zuhal in servizio presso la sala colazioni che è sempre stata molto professionale, gentile e disponibile garantendo sempre una piacevole colazione.

It was the birthday of my mother and they also made a little suprise for her. It was very cute of them

Situato a Istanbul, a 1,6 km dal Centro Congressi della città, il Vital Hotel Fulya Istanbul Sisli offre un salone in comune, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un ristorante e un bar. I liked the place a lot! Everything has been managed by the hotel staff in an exceptional manner. Many thanks to the receptionist Irem for her dedication and support, she was so kind to upgrade my room to bigger one with nice view as it was available at the time of my stay. I had had the room booked originally for 2 nights only but the hotel did meet my expectations and even went beyond so with no doubt I had the booking extended for a few more days. Many thanks to the professional and client oriented team of Vital Hotel Fulya Istanbul Sisli, I will certainly consider this place for another stay and would recommend it to the others! P.S.: truly free parking is available on site, not like many other hotels in the area which declare they have one available at extra 5-10 euro/day rate but you will have to spend time and efforts to find it by yourself in conjusted tiny streets.

I like everything about this hotel! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Bed is clean and comfy. Interior is very nice and historical! Shower is great with the rain shower head that come directly from the ceiling! I personally love that! Breakfast is really nice! Much better that you expect from hotel breakfast living is US. I was there when temperatures outside were chilling. The room has warmed up floor. That gives more comfort since I don't like when hot air blows at me from the heater. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you care about boutique hotel atmosphere. Buy the way they have safe in room that added extra layer of security.

La struttura si trova a 3,2 km da Istiklal Caddesi e dal Palazzo Dolmabahce. - staff is very helpful and friendly! they will do everything to make feel comfortable and make sure that you have everything you need! this hotel is really focusing on customer service and it’s brilliant. - the location is very good! I was expecting a lot of noise but fortunately I slept very well! thanks to the very good aluminum double-glass windows.
