Hotel room was clean with a nice view and everything that you need for a pleasant stay (clean towels, shower gel, body wash, water). It is really close to T1 tram and metro, just few min. walk. With tram you will be at the major sights in just few minutes ride. Breakfast choice was ok. I highly recommend this place for your stay.

Especially thanks SUAT helping me, in fact I had a muscle issue on my leg after come back from Kapadokya, he give me much more help, very nice guy. For the breakfast, not good and not bad, very business and healthy. And thanks Natali helping me, she is also very professional!

Perfect location for us as we could able to use all local transportation means easily with 1-2 minutes walking distance. Good quality rooms and friendly customer service.

Hotel Grand Umit ligger i Istanbuls historiska centrum, endast 5 minuters promenad från den stora basaren. Gratis WiFi och gratis gästparkering erbjuds. The breakfast was very good but it was just repetitive. The employees of all departments in the Hotel were great and very helpful during all our stay. It was great value for money. The area is very good and during night time was calm and quiet. The location of the Hotel is within walking distance to the main public transportation. I really recommend the hotel and for sure I will stay again in Hotel Grand Umit whenever I am in Istanbul.

I was allowed to check in early as a favour and since I was due to check out by midnight for.my connecting flight, the manager alliwed me to utilise my free breakfast that same morning upon check-in. It was an amazing experience from booking to check-out. And the location is virtually next to the Askaray Airport bus stop. Thank you team Star City Hotel.
