The room was spacious, modern and clean. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the short 10-15 minute walk to the train station and used the train daily to travel into the city center. The staff arranged taxis for us to and from the airport. Visiting the nearby shopping mall and aquarium was a nice treat too!

I cannot find proper words to describe how great this hotel is. We have been given complimentary upgrade to the residence side and the room was spectacular. However what I am delighted the most about are the people. I have been travelling a lot and I have stayed in many expensive and super expensive hotels, however have never seen this level of kindness and hospitality. From the reception, concierge, waiters, unparalleled. I lost my jacket in the cab, they have found it. Incredible. For comparison purpose I will mention Four Seasons Bosphorus where we had lunch yesterday, the waiters do not even come close to the waiters here.

Helpful friendly hostess, and a guard/handyman who takes care of everything and keeps it safe and clean. Out of central Istanbul: still city, but somewhat more peaceful, and a nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds and couches; well-equipped kitchen; nice to sit outside in the mornings and evenings. Having a pool to relax and cool off after a day in the city is quite the luxury. I would stay here again if I'm in Istanbul again.

The 5-star Hyatt Regency Istanbul Atakoy is ideally situated in the residential area of Atakoy, offering rooms with panoramic views of the city and the Marmara Sea. Location was perfect near the park which I utilized for my morning walk/run

Situated within walking distance to Bakirkoy Square, the recently renovated Mercure İstanbul Bakırköy Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. Very convenient location of the hotel, close to restaurants, shops and bus stop. Comfortable bed and such a big room! Great self-controlling split system. Very kind and helpful staff. They were very kind and always helped us;) Large and varied breakfasts, buffet style. The chefs and all the staff in this area are very professional! The staff at the spa were very cheerful and helpful to all guests:)
