Everything was wonderful, the room, the beds were comfortable, the service was some of the best we have experienced (also compared with 5star hotels in Bangkok), the breakfast different, creative and excellent and the location perfect - close to everything and still completely quiet. We usually stay at more expensive hotels, and Hotel Loy more than exceeded our expectations!

The staff were very friendly and efficient and the hotel is bright and very clean. The room was large, and very comfortable and the bed was fabulous. The aircon was fantastic too. The breakfast was extensive and top quality in a bright and pleasant room, again with awesome staff service. The pool was in a beautiful setting and was very clean and well-maintained - it was great both for swimming and relaxing beside. The location is good with lots of eating options, massages, markets etc close by, but you will need to catch a tuk tuk to get into the centre of Chiang Mai.

Bed and Terrace Guesthouse is centrally located between the Old City and Night Bazaar, just 10 minutes' drive from Chiang Mai Airport. We stayed here 13 years ago, the last time we were in Chiang Mai. It was as lovely then as it is now. Exceptional value for money; impeccably clean; no fuss and welcoming guest house. Don’t be expecting full hotel amenities but humble, safe and comfortable accommodation in a great location.

A modern, well decorated flat that has everything you could need for the stay. Beautiful building and great facilities that come with the booking. Comfortable bed and living room. Lovely owner! He helped us lots and was very flexible with luggage storage. We would recommend the stay without hesitation. We’d love to be back.

The hotel is quite new and very clean; very good value for money and within easy reach of local amenities and Amusarn market.Staff were very friendly & helpful and I have no doubt we’ll be booking again when we’re back in Chiang Mai. The hotel also didn’t charge for our laundry
