The breakfast was good and the location was near by Haram and the facilities are good with a good view to Al haram. The staff was very friendly and they are looking for the satisfaction of the customer or the end-user.

Conveniently set in the centre of Al Madinah, فندق وقف عثمان بن عفان provides free WiFi, a restaurant and free private parking for guests who drive. They have moved us before check in into another hotel named AlRitz which was very close to the Haram. Even closer than the one we booked. Location is only 2 minutes away from Masjid!

Rooms are super neat and you can find everything you need , they have high attention to details where whatever you need in your stay u will be finding it there. I dont want to forget the amazing staff , hope ill nt forget anyone, very well trained and respectfull with high skills of customer service Thanks for Fatima Omar Bayan Leen Afnan ( she found us a double bedroom where our booking was 2 beds , big big thanks for you ) See you again :)

They speak good English and helpful The location is very good,close to Haram Supermarket is also near Rooms are good, comfortable and clean Lift is good, spacious and functioning Bathroom is also good

My recent stay at Grand Safi Hotel Madina was truly pleasant and memorable. The hotel's prime location, within walking distance to all shops and the ladies' gate for the Madina Mosque, made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and visit the sacred sites. One of the standout features of the hotel is its cleanliness. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could tell that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The rooms were no exception – spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's proximity to the ladies' gate for the Madina Mosque was particularly convenient for my wife, allowing easy access to the mosque for prayers and spiritual reflection. Overall, my experience at Grand Safi Hotel Madina was excellent. The combination of its good location, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madina.

Set in Al Madinah, 350 meters from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, Le Bosphorus Hotel - Waqf Safi offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi. Very clean and nicely located. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had asked for early checkin which they of course couldn’t confirm earlier. On the morning without any follow up they messaged when the room was ready. you can’t go wrong with this property!
