The staff were all polite and helpful - from the bell boy to the receptionist, concierge, waiters during breakfast and housekeeping officer. The Jabal Omar area is under construction but we couldn't hear any noise from our room during our stay. Although it is slightly further away from Haram, there is a shuttle bus to and fro that picks up hotel guests quite often. Walking to Haram will take about 5 minutes. Because of this, the hotel is less crowded than those much nearer to Haram.
