The cleanliness and the service we recieved was top notch, the bed was very comfy and the bedsheets was snow white and well ironed. Breakfast was very very good, with the option of breakfast been deliverded in your room. We had a family next door who were very loud late in the night and at dawn, we logded a complaint to the reception and to our surprise we were given another room on a different floor. Our flight was late in the night and upon request were we permited to check out late in the evening. Thank you very much to the whole team especially Mr. Turki for your effort and willingness to help which made our stay a pleasant and a memorable one.

Everything was perfect and the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful all the way. The hotel is a brand new and everything is pure clean and tidy. All the Operating Supplies & Equipment that you need for a short stay was available in the room.

The location is great as there are many restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very helpful, English speaking. Very good and fast communication with staff, they could recommend the places to visit. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kichenette well equipped, bathroom clean and functional. The huge advantage is a great swimming pool at the roof. It is clean, well organized. Available to ALL guests! The location is perfect - close to restaurants, shops, good transportation, short distance to interesting places. During our 3 weeks in Saudi Arabia it was the most friendly hotel!

Talking with the staff was most pleasant and easy. Breakfast was delicious. Value for money was the best of all our trip around Saudi Arabia.

The iconic 5 star Radisson Blu Hotel Jeddah Al Salam magnificently sits in the midst of Jeddah’s Al Salamah district. Although it was a one night stay, however I really enjoyed it. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Would definitely reconsider this hotel when I come back to Jeddah.
