The hotel is close by the Cathedral and since I’m walking the Camino, it’s the most convenient location for me. A special mention for the Guest Experience Manager , Rogerio and his team, they really go all out to make sure whatever your request is, there are there to help you out and make it happen.

The staff are some of the most amazing and dedicated people I've met. They are literally worth their weight in gold. As I could not make it to breakfast, they actually packaged a meal "to go", which was very sweet when you have to leave at 6am. Rooms are clean and quiet, exactly as you see on the photos.

Premium Porto Downtown is located in Porto's historical centre, 800 metres from Aliados Avenue. Nice property, we really enjoyed the terrace and the afternoon tea that was served for all hotel guest which was free. The staff was super helpful!
