If you like music, you should stay here. The price is good, because it is not near the tourist areas. The coffee shops and restaurants are cheaper in this area. You can easily walk to the central area. The staff are helpful. A supermarket is a 5 minute walk if you need it.

I really like the service, Miguel helped us a lot, they were so kind. The place was very clean and I was near to metro station.
