Perfect location in Lisboa. Loved the architecture + design. The view was spectacular. Sitting on the terrace for a before dinner drink (and one night for an after dinner glass of port) is a must. The staff is exceptional is the terrace lounge. And exceptional front desk staff also - they helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations. Always professional and kind. Wish we had included breakfast option - not sure why we did not.

This elegant hotel was once a 19th-century aristocratic family home. Breakfast service was excellent - and same with the quality of accommodation. Thx to the engaged young team from Service staff, which make our stay the first and last highlight of our long weekend in lisbon .

Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is a unique 5-star property situated on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. Location was brilliant, easy walk to everything except uphill to Alfama but even that was nice to walk through the backstreets to see less touristy streets and we found a couple of lovely eateries. Athe bed was amazingly comfortable!

We were late arriving and the host was there, gracious, familiarized us with the apartment and indicated he was available for any problems. There weren’t any problems. The kitchen was great and the clothes washing machine efficient.
