Hotels in Principe Real, Lisbon

This hotel features uniquely decorated rooms on Alegria Square. Renovated in 2016, the Hotel features a Romantic-style décor, with authentic Portuguese antiques. The hotel is ideally situated close by downtown Lisboa attractions. But there’s much more to this nice little hotel that has captured our satisfaction. First of all, I want to call out the sweetness and the attention of the staff. I also want to point out the quality of the breakfast and the tidiness of the venue. I would like to congratulate the owner and his team for the quality of the experience delivered. Our state was initially for three days. We extended it for another five.

This hotel is set in Príncipe Real, one of the most exclusive and elegant districts in Lisbon. This hotel is fantastic with beautifully designed rooms, great views over Lisbon and an excellent location. But as other reviewers have noted, what really makes it stand out is the exceptional service. Throughout an extended stay at the hotel, the staff was especially helpful, very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Highly recommend. Looking forward to staying again sometime.

The Casa de São Mamede is a small hotel sited in a renovated 17th century building. The unit is centrally located in Lisbon and has the Rato Metro Station at a 4-minute walking distance. The location was very good - underground station very near as well as good bus service to all the attractions. we also walked to the Avenida da Liberdade which is a really posh shopping street, The staff was absolutely wonderful : both the reception and the cleaning ladies were helpful and polite. The atmosphere of an old converted tenement house plus all the modern facilities make this place an unforgettable experience.

Hotel Botânico is situated in between Avenida da Liberdade and the university’s Botanical Gardens, just a 5-minute walk from the Avenida Metro Station. The location is perfect, the main city squares are very near, as well as the main pedestrian street and the main boulevard. The main train station is also a few minutes from the hotel. The staff is extremely helpfull and friendly(especially Ricardo) and they will help you with anything you need, and will show you on the map all things you must see. The bed is comfortable, and the room is cleaned every day. We had a safe in our room, which is always a good thing.

Ideally set in the center of Lisbon, Montecarmo12 - Design Boutique Hotel has air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. Very nice design hotel with super nice staff. Every morning the breakfast is served in a kitchen, freshly cooked and you always have a little chat with the staff. Rooms are super big, very stylish and clean. Staff was always supportive for every request that we had. Neighbourhood was also super nice. A bit like Prenzlauer Berg of Berlin.

Located in Lisbon’s historic center, this Boutique Hotel offers free WiFi in all rooms. the reception was very nice and receptive

Located in the Misericordia district of Lisbon, Casa do Jasmim by Shiadu is at a short distance from attractions such as Bairro Alto and Liberty Avenue. Lisbon is full of treasures and Casa do Jasmin is one of them. Perfect location, very friendly stuff. We will come back for sure.

Just a 10-minute walk from Dona Maria II National Theater and 1.1 miles from Commerce Square, Casa Glória features accommodations in Lisbon with a garden. Nice location, really at the city proper. Very cozy, well organized & clean. The owner is so nice and very helpful, especially when giving recommendations about where to eat or places to visit. 🥰
