The room was cozy and clean, the pillows were amazing, with memory foam. We appreciated the “separated bathroom” which meant that the shower and toilet was in two separate “rooms”. The shower is very large and it has two different shower heads (big and small). The staff was really friendly and professional, they even helped us with receiving an ordered package. The breakfast was very tasty and had high quality foods. Free underground parking was easily accessible, with plenty of spots. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel which is already very close to Belem Tower.

This luxury 5-star hotel occupies a unique waterfront location in the historic Lisbon district of Belém, next to the Tagus River. We loved everything about the place, situated in a really good place. lovely view of the sea, Belem tower, the bridge, padros dos descobrimentos. They had really good and hospitable staff, the warm pool, ham-man and sauna was great. The breakfast was super excellent.

Very friendly host who helped us check in to the apartment in advance, nice welcome, renovated apartment on the 3rd floor with a view of the Tagus River and the April 25 Bridge. Free parking nearby and a well-stocked shop. A great place for those who want to visit Lisbon and Belem - many attractions are only a few hundred meters from the apartment.

The host, Gerson, was fantastic. He responded (via Whatsapp) right away every time and went way above and beyond to make our time in Portugal fabulous. This apartment is relatively close to most Belem attractions and many restaurants and small markets. The apartment itself was spotless and well appointed. The pictures are totally accurate. The host met us to hand over the keys, help us with our luggage, and to explain the appliances and many electrical switches. We were also offered a link for electronic access to the building and apartment which we declined. All three bedrooms are spacious, with plenty of storage for personal belongings. Both bathrooms have a shower with wonderful water pressure and shampoo, soap, shower gel and lotion were provided. We were also provided with a complete set of towels, washcloths and a bathmat for each of us. There was plenty of toilet paper. The windows are plentiful so lots of natural light, with shutters on all windows for nighttime. The balconies are off the living room and are European, so not for sitting out but great for stepping out to check the weather :). The coffee "pot" is an expresso machine and several pods were provided, along with regular sugar and a selection of teas. There is no coffee brewer, but there is an electric kettle so we improvised.

It is the best of all places we stayed at in our long road trip around Portugal and Spain. It was bright and clean with everything you could possibly need. We especially love the backyard. Great place to chill, which we did a lot of. Adel was such a gracious host. We had the pleasure of meeting him and had a few laughs. Love him.
