Breakfast was of a high standard, great timings (7-11am) and set in the most beautifully designed room with a terrace and open windows to see the world go by. Location is in the old town, most places walkable and fantastic surroundings.

Location is perfect, right down the street from one of the famous Tram 28 stops, and in the heart of old Lisbon. Rui and Pedro were very kind, responsive, and helpful. One of us forgot our cell phone after leaving the place at 4 AM (with no more keys to get back in), and they were incredibly supportive to ensure we got the phone back right away. Loved all the cute touches including the free water, Nespresso offering, snacks offering, wine offering, and much more. Housecleaning was exceptional and clean. We truly loved our stay.
