Beautiful location and facilities, the indoor pool and jacuzzi were great for a rainy day. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and the room itself was huge with a private balcony. I would absolutely stay here again!

Everything about this property is simply fantastic. Excellent customer service throughout our stay, the staff was very accommodating and we felt like VIPs. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, and our balcony view could not be beat. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well, with something for everyone. We also loved the location, it is close to the downtown without being in the heart of it, and the promenade provided excellent walking paths. A great restaurant and a large grocery store were right across the street as well. We will stay here again when we return to Madeira.

Located in the heart of Funchal’s Lido area, this 4-star hotel is a short walk from the city centre and boasts contemporary interiors and an outdoor pool with a terrace. Perfect location, great breakfast with a lot of choices. Across the street is bus stop, in next building is car parking. Nearby a lot of good restaurants. Amazing value for money.

We booked two rooms for a week. We were happy with everything! The staff is exceptional. Working hard to make the hotel great. It is a clean, very practical place. No steps, no cliffs, easy to get around, elevator to rooms, wonderful for my 80 years old mom who traveled with us. We had rooms with double balcony, ocean view. It couldn't be any better! Location is priceless, walking distance to grocery store, many restaurants, bus station and more.
