The hotel has only about 8 rooms and once you enter the front door, you feel like in a different world with plants, flowers, smells, … They offer yoga every morning and Ayurvedic breakfast (it was included) which is cooked freshly and beautifully presented. At night you come back from the city and feel like in a jungle, with the sounds from Coqui frogs, pretty lights in the trees, perfect to calm down and relax. We had a great outdoor shower, everything was very very clean and well maintained (not only our apartment/ balcony but the whole hotel). Our apartment could only be reached via a spiral staircase, a bit challenging with a suitcase, but the lady at the reception immediately helped us both at checkin and checkout - she just carried it up/down for us. The stay was an amazing experience in itself - we would come back!

Everything was great. Nice interior design. Good lightening in the room. Comfortable. Very good location close to condado beach and next to nice part of beach and shore. Team great and helpful.

Very clean room. Friendly staff always willing to help. Food was excellent. 10 feet from the ocean. Nice stay. Will definitly come back.

Deniz manzaralı Cozy Beach Apartment, San Juan'da Punta Las Marias'a birkaç adım ve Isla Verde'ye 1,2 km uzaklıkta yer alan bir konaklama birimidir. Simply amazing stay. Susan is a spectacular host. The apartment is fully equiped and very cute. The living room & kitchen are nice and spacious and fully equiped. The bathroom espically the fully body shower is a nice touch of luxury as well! Having Netflix and a large tv were also a nice plus espically after a busy day in the city. The bed is extremely comfortable. In terms of deocration, the apartment is very homey with tons of little peronal touches. The fact that this is located in a gated community with private parking was a tremendous plus, espically given the location. Speaking of location, the proximity to the airport is exceptional. 8 minutes by car.

Everything! It was such a great condo, it was clean, had comfortable beds, great showers and ultimately was some of the best rest I've gotten in a long time.

This was such a good size apartment with an excellent location. Everything was modern. I loved that our host stacked the refrigerator with some eggs and ham so we could make breakfast in the morning. He also had beach chairs and beach towels. I love the 24 hoir security and the parking space provided. I will definitely be staying here again.

Yakın zamanda yenilenmiş olan Entire Villa - 7br Pool Sun Deck Ocean Park, San Juan'da Ocean Park Plajı, Punta Las Marias ve Barbosa Parkı'nın yakınında yer almaktadır. I love that it was a gated area, I felt safe and it was so calm! I loved that it had a balcony and space for us to just sit back and relax! I love that it had a pool, it was nice and clean! I would definitely go back.
