The rooms are very clean, staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, they can also help you book the tours around Krakow with the hotel pick up and drop off. Breakfast was good as well.

The staff was so attentive, everyone was ready to help all the time and they were very polite. The room was not just clean, it was spotless. It was also really comfortable. Of course, the bed was huge and very soft, but you also have nice chairs where you can enjoy some drinks with your partner, there's a writing desk where you can work if you need to and you have an iron and an ironing board so you can iron your clothes in the comfort of your room. I also loved the restaurant. The breakfast is excellent - anything you may wish for is there. Everything we tried on the menu was very delicious and with good quality. And there's a good selection of drinks to pair your food with. To top it all off, the WiFi connection was perfect, which is never the case in hotels. Unfortunately, I was unable to visit the spa, but I am confident it would have been just as good as everything else. If I am ever in Kraków again, I will not hesitate to book the same hotel.

There is also free on-site parking.... The hotel is well-situated and one can walk to the Old Town of Krakow. The room was spacious and well-equipped. There is a common room with tea and coffee aminities available 24/7 The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! There is a parking lot behind the hotel free of charge, which was great.

Nice rooms, very clean. The young lady was happy to accommodate our breakfast requests. 20 minutes from the old town.

Just a 10-minute walk from the Main Market Square, Hotel Delta offers affordable accommodation, an intimate environment and a friendly staff. Exceeded my expectations and was very comfortable since I was traveling with an infant. Nice location and everything was accessible

The hotel is old but everything work ,room big and clean,hot water all the time ,free parking ,good value for money

Well set in the Krowodrza district of Kraków, NOOK NOOK Apartments Kazimierza Wielkiego 104 is located 2.1 km from National Museum of Krakow, 1.4 km from Wisla Krakow Stadium and 2.6 km from Marszałek... The apartment was super comfortable. We had everything that was needed for a stay with a toddler (e.g. washing machine and a dishwasher, cooking facilities). Bed was comfortable. It was super convenient to reach any place in Krakow from it - there are trams and bussed going to all possible directions. There are shops and restaurants, cafes in the neighbourhood.
